When a GTS technician asks you to, start a session and enter the code they give you.
Request service
Tell us what's going on, and a technician will follow up by phone or email.
Only start a session when you're on the phone with us. GTS will never call you out of the blue asking to connect to your computer. If anyone contacts you unexpectedly, says they're from GTS, Microsoft or your bank, and asks to connect to your computer, don't let them. Hang up and call us at 901-684-1972.
